Eat better, not less

Nutrition coaching without the demonisation. Forget about “good” and “bad” foods and restriction - we’ll work on improving your relationship with the foods we should probably all eat a little more of, whilst still enjoying the tasty things in life.

Habits that hold

I won’t have you overhaul your entire life in week one. We’ll stack small, doable changes that will quietly combine to become a big difference - true habit building, rather than temporarily achievable shortcuts.

If you’re local, you can train with me in person at a private gym on Ecclesall Road. You can either get cracking with on-going personal training, or sign up to Strong Start — a 4-week, 3x per week package for people who want a proper introduction to strength training.

If you already train somewhere else, online coaching gives you the plan, check-ins and support to stop guessing and start making progress.

In-person · Sheffield · One Month

Think of it as a cheat code to get going fast. A full month of coached training in a private gym - we’ll get you super comfortable with a big range of lifts and build a good level of strength in them, work on your nutrition and build some serious momentum. You show up, I’ll sort all the background noise out.

What's included

  • 12 in-person sessions across the month - 3x per week

  • Private, fully-equipped gym

  • Programming for your own extra out-of-gym sessions to make sure we tick all of the boxes

  • Nutrition guidance and habit support throughout

  • All the coaching, structure, and accountability you need to get started properly

Many clients continue at 3x, 2x, or 1x per week after their Strong Start month.

About me

I've (almost) always loved being active. Growing up, I spent years bouncing between sports and martial arts, right up until a few unfortunate eye injuries before a Muay Thai fight derailed me. A few years of inactivity followed, and I learned first hand how much movement, training, and purpose can affect both physical and mental health.

Thankfully, in 2014 I discovered strength training! One barbell, one squat rack, and I was hooked. What started as a way to get back in shape quickly became a lifelong passion and completely changed how I felt, moved, and approached my health.

Today, I get a real buzz from helping people experience the same benefits through strength training, nutrition coaching, and sustainable habit change. I'm a big believer that getting healthier shouldn't mean turning your life upside down. Whether you're completely new to training or looking to take things to the next level, my goal is to help you build strength, improve your health, and create habits that actually last.
